How often does Mickey check for updates?
You can set how frequently Mickey scans the marketplaces — from once a card shows up, to daily, to less frequently. Just keep in mind that more frequent checks may use more battery or data.
How specific should I be when entering my card details?
The more specific, the better. Include the player, year, set, variation/parallel, and grade (e.g., “2020 Prizm Justin Herbert Silver PSA 10”). This helps Mickey filter out noise and only alert you when the right card shows up.
Why didn’t I get an alert for a card I saw listed?
There could be a few reasons:
- The listing may not have matched the exact search terms you entered
- Mickey may not be set to scan that site
- Your scan frequency might be set too low
Try adjusting your card details or scan settings. If it still seems off, reach out — we’ll help you fine-tune it.
Do I need a subscription to use Mickey?
Yes — Mickey is a subscription-based app. Your plan gives you full access to tracking features, real-time alerts, and customizable monitoring for your watchlist.
How does billing work?
You can choose between a weekly or monthly subscription. Payments are handled securely through the App Store, and your plan will auto-renew unless you cancel.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your device’s App Store settings. Once canceled, you’ll still have access until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I delete the app — will I still be charged?
Yes — deleting the app doesn’t cancel your subscription. You’ll need to cancel through your App Store account to stop future charges.
I subscribed but I’m not getting alerts — what should I do?
