Terms and Conditions for Mickey App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Mickey App (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.​

2. Description of Service

Mickey App provides users with notifications when collectible items on their watchlist become available.​

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.​

4. User Accounts

  • Registration: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.​
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.​

5. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscription Terms: Mickey App operates on a week/monthly/annual subscription basis, granting you access to premium features.​
  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorize Ribicube LLC to charge your provided payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.​
  • Free Trials: We may offer free trials for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will be charged accordingly.​
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each week/month/year as is relevant, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.​
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.​
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable.​

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.​
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation.​
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.​

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Ribicube LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.​

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.​

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.​

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ribicube LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.​

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.​

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.​
